Nuestro proceso de producción contempla etapas de cortado, perfilado, armado y alistado. Las opciones de fabricación y la disponibilidad de modelos se coordinan según el tipo de pedido, materiales y capacidad de producción.

All orders placed between 1 to 15 days, Shipping time begins one day after the order is placed.

Shipping times are 1 to 15 business days for products with regular shipping and up to 30 business days for pre-order products.
You will receive shipment tracking by email and will be notified of all shipping stages, such as the order delivery date.

We ship throughout Peru, to all provinces. You can choose between home delivery or agency pickup.
It is possible to pick up at an agency; if you prefer to pick up at an agency, write in the address section: (agency for pick up). Our advisors will contact you to confirm the order details.

Yes, you may return any product that shows no signs of use within 7 days of receipt.

We do not currently offer an exchange service, but you can return the product and receive a refund for the cost of the product (return shipping costs will not be refunded). You may return the item and place a new order.
