Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed between 1 to 15 days, Shipping time begins one day after the order is placed.

What are the delivery times?

Shipping times are 1 to 15 business days for products with regular shipping and up to 30 business days for pre-order products.

How can I track my order and know when it will be delivered?

You will receive shipment tracking by email and will be notified of all shipping stages, such as the order delivery date.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

It is not possible to modify an order after confirmation, but we can proceed with a cancellation only if it is still possible. To guarantee same-day shipping, we try to process them as quickly as possible. Please contact us at hello@vitaminashoes.com to see if this is still possible.

To which provinces in Peru do you ship?

We ship throughout Peru, to all provinces. You can choose between home delivery or agency pickup.

I want to pick up my order at the branch.

It is possible to pick up at an agency; if you prefer to pick up at an agency, write in the address section: (agency for pick up). Our advisors will contact you to confirm the order details.

The carrier was unable to deliver my order, what can I do?

Please ensure that the address entered during checkout is correct and complete. If you wish, you can request delivery to a pickup point via the email sent by the carrier, or for further assistance, please contact us at hello@vitaminashoes.com

I just placed an order but I made a mistake with the address, is this a problem?

If you do not have your tracking yet, please contact us at hello@vitaminashoes.com and we will make the change. If you have received your tracking, please wait until it is active in the evening and then send us an email with your order number and the correct, complete address. What are the payment methods?

It is possible to pay with credit cards, PayPal, Yape, Plin, or Pago Efectivo, and even in 3 interest-free installments, exclusively with Mercado Pago.

Are payments secure?

Vitamin takes customer security very seriously. Our site is rated PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1, an international security system. We also use SSL certificates, which guarantee the security of online data. Your card details are absolutely confidential and will only be used to process the payment.

Will I have to pay IGV taxes?

For some clearance products, IGV is not included. Payment of IGV duties may be required for these products.

Is it possible to pay with PayPal?

Yes, it is now also possible to pay with PayPal.

Is it possible to pay with a Vitamin e-gift card?

Yes, you can use the gift card code at checkout.

Return

Can I make a return?

Yes, you may return any product that shows no signs of use within 7 days of receipt.

How do I make a return?

How will I receive the refund?

The refund will be issued directly to the card used for the order or according to the order's payment method.

How long do I have to return the product?

You have 14 days from the receipt of the package to make a return.

Is it possible to make an exchange?

We do not currently offer an exchange service, but you can return the product and receive a refund for the cost of the product (return shipping costs will not be refunded). You may return the item and place a new order.

How should I send the return?

Use the original vitamin box. You may use any packaging material you prefer. The shoes must be unworn.
